Chocolate Lab In-Person

Join us for our annual Chocolate Lab!

Learn the Physics and food chemistry behind tempering chocolate! Then customize your chocolate with chocolate molds! 

This event is in-person at the Fimbel Lab following all COVID-19 health and safety precautions. Attendees must be students living on-campus, and the number of attendees at each session is limited to 5. We will be offering it four times (2/13 @ 2pm & 4:30 and 2/14 @ 2pm & 4:30) to accommodate the demand for this event!
