LITS Study Room Reservations

Here you can check the availability of study rooms in LITS and reserve a room for up to 3 hours, up to 2 weeks in advance. 

How to reserve a study room

1. Choose a date below then click a green square for the room and start time you want to reserve.
2. Scroll down and choose your end time.
3. Click "submit times" then "submit my booking".
4. If you end up not needing a room you have reserved, use the link in the booking confirmation email you recieve to cancel.
5. When you arrive at the room at your reservation time, please use the link in your email or the QR code near the door to check in. (If you don't confirm you are actually using your reserved space during your time, the system will make the room availalbe for someone else to book).

*If you don't book a room ahead of time but find a study space that is empty, you can make a booking right then so no one can reserve it for the next few hours and it is yours!
