The Fimbel Kitchen is a workspace that classes use; it must be kept clean and presentable as a whole. This means that surfaces - including the floor - and utensils should be cleaned and put away after use, and no food should be left on the counters. Please plan to include 15-20 minutes for clean-up when making your reservation.
